A non-profit organization providing free resources and information in Linn-
Benton, Marion, and Polk counties to persons with Alzheimer’s and
dementia, and their families and caregivers.

NorthWest Senior and Disability Services
Develops and maintains a comprehensive and coordinated service system
to meet the needs of seniors and people with disabilities. NWSDS serves
Clatsop, Marion, Polk, Tillamook and Yamhill counties.

Arc of Marion County
Offers a calendar of events, FAQ’s, activities, and meetings to serve people
with developmental disabilities and their families.

Caring Connections
A National Hospice organization that provides free resources and information
to help people make decisions about end of life care.

Social Security Disability Program
The Social Security and Supplemental Security Income disability programs
are the largest of several Federal programs that provide assistance to people
with disabilities. While these two programs are different in many ways, both
are administered by the Social Security Administration and only individuals
who have a disability and meet medical criteria may qualify for benefits under
either program.
